At this moment that this page is being written, most of the Iranian tour operators who run Maranjab Desert tours decide not to opt for Maranjab Caravanserai for their overnight stay and instead take their tourists to the wonderful Abouzeidabad Caravanserai Hotel, which is equally ancient and very well-equipped. Currently Maranjab Caravanserai is under extremely unprofessional management and its facilities are way below what you call the basics.
